HK shares end in positive territory

Hong Kong stocks closed Friday slightly higher thanks to a late rally after spending most of the day in negative territory, though traders remain on edge over the Ukraine war.

The Hang Seng Index edged up 0.2 percent, or 42 points, to 22,039.

The Shanghai Composite Index rose 0.9 percent, or 30 points, to 3,282, while the Shenzhen Composite Index edged up 0.5 percent, or 9 points, to 2,127. (AFP)
